Postpartum support was where I first started my birthworker journey and my love for it still runs strong. As my lactation practoce has grown, I created this package to encompass both postpartum support as well as lactation support. This package tends to be ideal for parents who already have kids and just need a refresher of info as well as just a little extra support that first week postpartum.
“All The Postpartum Vibes” Package - This is a one time visit that is intended to check alot of boxes. Helpful for people that have support from friends and family but need that extra care that comes from focusing on you post healing or for seasoned parents that need a refresher course on all things newborn. This one full day visit (often between 6-8hrs) often includes:
a full lactation visit (includes all from my lactation package)
a sitz bath or vaginal steam (herbs and equipment provided)
how to and tips and tricks on topics like diapering, babywearing, safe sleep, and any other questions you may have
one postpartum stew and snack (ingredients not included and parents often take this time to nap while baby is joining me in the kitchen)
help organizing routines and setups like overnight routines, nursery setups, and postpartum care
resources and referrals as needed
Total $850 (additional drive charge may be added depending on location)
Bodywork for Baby Session Add On - $175
bodywork includes a full 40-50min session of CSFT (learn more about it HERE)
Photoshoot Add On - $350
This “Just Got Here” photoshoot highlights the freshness of your babe and your journey and includes 30+ photos, a small video and will require an additional 30-45 minutes
