Bump Day

Bump Day

In honor of my first Wednesday as a blogger, I've decided to use this Hump Day as more of a Bump Day. I've been absolutely slacking on taking pictures of my ever growing belly and only do so when my mom requests one or I think it'll make my friends laugh. So in order to be more proactive about capturing my baby in utero, here is a picture of my belly. BUT....since I promised to be real with y'all, you won't be catching it in a field of flowers or delicately protruding from a silky negligee. Below you'll find a delicious picture of my belly covered in wonderful Peach Fuzz. As a woman of Eastern European decent, I'm no stranger to excess body hair but whoa, my belly got fuzzy. It's TOTALLY normal and a direct response to all those wonderful hormones coursing through a pregnant lady's body. I know that it will go away once I've given birth but I've taken to shaving my belly below the belly button whenever I find myself absentmindedly stroking the Peach Fuzz. I can't bring myself to get rid of the top half - I'm too terrified of what will grow back!

There are teenage boys that are jealous of the amount of hair on my belly.

If anyone wants to show off their lovely bumps, do so on instagram and hashtag #LOLOBUMPDAY - I wanna check out all the amazing bellies, complete with accessories like Peach Fuzz!

Mamas - did any of you experience excess hair on the belly (or anywhere else)? What did you do about it?
